  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Sale, clearance, and innerwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate clothing.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or after use.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup (if available in your area) or request you to ship the product back.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and bank details will be required.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
